ACHETA FALAFEL

DESCRIPTION

Simple and delicious protein rich falafel!

INGREDIENTS

 

1 can chickpeas

2 table spoons Acheta cricketflour

1 table spoon flour or chickpeaflour

1 dash of parsley

½ onion

3 garlic cloves

½ Chili

½ tea spoon cinnamon

1 tea spoon baking soda

1 tea spoon paprika powder

2 tea spoon cumin

1 tea spoon salt

½ tea spoon pepper

PROCESS

 

1. Blend everything in a foodprocessor until it’s a smooth batter.

 

2. Apply some oliveoil on your hands before you mix it so your fingers is less sticky. Use a spoon to make the falafels in your hand, make them as big as you want.

 

3. Put the falafels on a baking sheet and place in the middle of the oven at 200C(392F) for about 30-40 minutes.

 

4. Let them cool and enjoy!
